We have classes all year round including the school summer holidays, but we do not have lessons on Bank Holidays. Any other interruptions to our scedualed classes can be found on the CLUB NEWS page of this sight, you can also join our mailing list to ensure you are always up to date.

Beginners are always welcome to come along and join in at any of the above classes, you do not need any specialised clothing but we do recommend that you wear garments that are lose fitting without big buckles and zips etc. For safety reasons we recommend that you remove or tape up any jewellery etc before the class starts.
